We usually reply within a few business days. Write in English, Spanish, Ukrainian or Russian – we read all four.
What we don't do
- We're not exchange support: we can't see your account, unlock withdrawals or speed up KYC. Only the exchange's own support can do that.
- We don't manage anyone's money, accept transfers or trade on behalf of clients.
- We don't give personal investment advice: what to buy and when to sell is your call.
- We don't sell courses, signals or "private chats".
