TradingView Black Friday 2026: expected discount, dates and which plan to buy

Updated: · 9 min read · TradeGid

Black Friday is TradingView's biggest sale of the year: in 2023–2025 annual plans were up to 70–80% off, with a 13th month added for free. As of November 1, 2026, TradingView hasn't announced dates. If it follows past years, the sale should start around November 20–23 and run into the first days of December.

When does TradingView Black Friday 2026 start?

Officially, nobody knows yet. As of November 1, 2026, tradingview.com/black-friday still shows last year's placeholder, 'Black Friday mission's complete', with no dates or prices. Black Friday itself falls on November 27, 2026, and Cyber Monday on November 30.

My expectation, not a fact: a start between November 20 and 23 and an end around December 1–4. The sale began on November 20 in 2023, November 25 in 2024 and November 21 in 2025 – four to seven days before the Friday – and each time it ran through Cyber Monday. A few affiliate sites mention November 23 based on a partner newsletter, but there's nothing on TradingView's own site yet.

To hear first, log in and hit 'Be ready, sign up' on the sale page. Ignore 'early access' links on Telegram: the real sale is always on tradingview.com itself.

TradingView Black Friday discounts in 2023, 2024 and 2025

Every year the discount applied to annual billing only – monthly plans stayed at full price. Sale prices didn't change for three years in a row: Essential $126, Plus $216 and Premium $217 for 13 months. In 2025 Ultimate joined the sale for the first time at $576.

As of November 2026. Start dates from TradingView's post of 23 Nov 2023, Slickdeals (2023, 2024) and The Star (26 Nov 2025). End dates are approximate, based on buyer reports. The 2026 row is an expectation, not an announcement.

The 'up to 80%' headline only ever applied to Ultimate. In 2024–2025 the sale labelled its discounts as 30% on Essential, 40% on Plus, 70% on Premium and 80% on Ultimate. Those figures are calculated against 12 months of monthly billing, so compared with the regular annual price the saving is smaller. TradingView Black Friday discount: a year of Premium on monthly billing, on the annual plan and at the 2025 sale price
A year of Premium three ways. On sale it cost almost four times less than paying monthly.

Sale annual vs regular annual vs monthly: the math

Here are three ways to pay for a year of TradingView. Regular prices are from tradingview.com/pricing; the sale column uses the actual Black Friday 2025 prices as an example. 2026 sale prices haven't been published and may differ.

What a year of TradingView costs: regular vs on sale
Plan12 × monthlyAnnual planBlack Friday 2025, 13 monthsPer month on sale
Essential$179.40$155.40$126$9.69
Plus$419.40$359.40$216$16.62
Premium$839.40$719.40$217$16.69
Ultimate$2,879.40$2,399.40$576$44.31

As of November 2026. Regular prices from tradingview.com/pricing; sale prices are Black Friday 2025 (example, not 2026 prices). Tax for your country is added on top.

The key takeaway: on sale, Premium cost $1 more than Plus. For that dollar you get twice the charts per tab, 400 alerts instead of 100, alerts that never expire and full minute-level history. Buying Plus on Black Friday makes almost no sense.

Essential gets the smallest cut: against the regular annual plan you save $29.40 plus the bonus month. If Essential is all you need, waiting for the sale only pays off if you were going to pay annually anyway.

One more thing: regular prices went up in 2026. According to reviews of the 2025 sale, Plus was $33.95 a month and Premium $67.95 back then; now they're $34.95 and $69.95. So 2026 sale prices could end up higher than last year's.

TradingView discount in India

If your account is set to India, TradingView shows rupee prices. As of November 2026 the regular annual plans work out to ₹11,940 for Essential, ₹25,140 for Plus, ₹50,340 for Premium and ₹2,07,540 for Ultimate (per-month annual price × 12). I couldn't verify rupee sale prices from past years, so check the sale page while logged in and compare against these figures. GST may be added at checkout.

Which TradingView plan to buy on Black Friday as a crypto trader

Crypto exchange data on TradingView is free on every plan, so you're only paying for convenience: alerts, charts and history. Full limits are on the TradingView plans page, and the three middle tiers are compared in Essential vs Plus vs Premium.

  • Buy nothing and stay on Basic – if you trade one or two coins and three alerts are enough. A sale isn't a reason to pay for things you don't use.
  • Essential – if you keep hitting the 3-alert, 2-indicator wall but trade swing setups and rarely sit at the screen.
  • Premium instead of Plus – if you trade intraday, watch four or more charts or write Pine Script strategies. On sale it cost the same as Plus.
  • Ultimate – almost never. Tick data and professional-user status are wasted on a retail crypto trader, even at $576.

For an active trader the Black Friday choice comes down to two options: Essential if you need the basics, or straight to Premium. Plus and Ultimate lose out at sale prices.

TradingView Black Friday plans: Plus at $216 vs Premium at $217 compared by charts, indicators and alerts
Black Friday 2025 prices. One dollar apart, but Premium's limits are 2–4 times higher.

I'd only buy an annual plan for work I'm already doing. If you didn't hit the alert limit once in October, Premium at $217 isn't a saving – it's a $217 expense.

Are you ready for an annual TradingView plan on Black Friday?

Tick what applies to you. An annual plan on sale only pays off if you'll actually use it all year.

How to get the TradingView Black Friday price, step by step

  1. Pick your plan in advanceTest it on a free trial or a paid month before the sale.
  2. Check where your subscription livesIf you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, turn off auto-renewal there. You can't extend an in-app subscription at the sale price; you have to buy on the website.
  3. Open the sale on tradingview.comLog in to the right account and open the sale from the official email or tradingview.com/pricing.
  4. Choose the plan and annual billingCheck that the cart shows the sale price and 12 months plus the bonus month, if it's offered again in 2026.
  5. Check the totalTax and currency appear on the final step; bank conversion may add a little more.
  6. Pay and note the renewal dateIn your account settings, under billing, see when the next charge is due and set a reminder.

The purchase takes five minutes if you've picked the plan in advance. Mistakes usually happen in two places: in-app subscriptions and a forgotten renewal date.

Upgrade or new subscription: what happens to your current plan

Anyone can join the sale, including existing subscribers. That's in TradingView's promo FAQ, and the rules are:

  • Same plan. Unused days on your current subscription are added to the new one. Buy Premium on sale while on Premium and nothing is lost.
  • Upgrade. Your remaining time is converted into days of the new plan by price ratio, and the renewal date shifts. A few months of Essential become a few weeks of Premium.
  • Downgrade. The sale doesn't apply to moving to a cheaper plan.
  • In-app subscription. You can't extend it at the sale price in the App Store or Google Play: cancel auto-renewal there first, then buy on the website.

Buying on sale doesn't wipe out what you've already paid for – the days carry over. The only snags are app-store subscriptions and downgrades.

Per 2024–2025 buyer reports, you could buy up to three years ahead at the sale price. I wouldn't: plans and needs change.

Pitfalls: renewal, currency, refunds

  • Renewal at full price. The discount covers one payment. After 13 months Premium renews at the regular price – currently $719.40, not $217. How to turn off auto-renewal is in how to cancel a TradingView subscription.
  • Failed renewal. Under TradingView's terms, if an annual renewal payment fails, you're switched to monthly billing.
  • Currency and region. Some countries see prices in local currency, and tax may be added. Paying a dollar price with a local card means your bank adds its own conversion.
  • Website only. In past years the discount and the 13th month applied to purchases on tradingview.com, not in the mobile app.
  • Exchange data isn't discounted. Stock exchange data packages weren't part of the sale. For crypto this doesn't matter – the quotes are free.

The most expensive Black Friday mistake is forgetting auto-renewal: after 13 months Premium costs 3.3 times its sale price.

Can you get a refund on a sale purchase?

Under TradingView's Terms of Use as of November 2026, annual subscriptions are refundable if you ask within 14 calendar days of payment, monthly ones within 7 days. There's no separate exception for sale purchases. In-app purchases follow App Store and Google Play rules, and a bank chargeback makes you ineligible for a refund.

The catch: refund after the sale ends and you can't rebuy at that price. Treat the 14 days as insurance, not a trial.

TradingView discount codes: is there a secret deal?

No. Sites listing 'TradingView discount codes' almost always recycle the official sale: behind the 'reveal code' button is a plain link to the sale page. Reddit threads tell the same story – nobody posts a code that beats Black Friday, and I've never seen one.

What does exist: TradingView sometimes sends personal or regional offers by email or as a pop-up in your account. They're tied to your account or country and won't work through someone else's link. We don't have any discounts or coupons of our own; our partner button leads to tradingview.com with the same prices everyone gets.

Other sales happen, just not on a schedule. In summer 2025 TradingView ran a US Independence Day (July 4) sale advertised at 40–80% off annual plans, and in August 2024 there was a regional offer for Latin America. I haven't found a confirmed sale tied to India's Independence Day on August 15. You can't plan around these, whereas Black Friday comes at the same time every year.
