Vladislav Trotsenko
Author and editor of TradeGid. In crypto since 2017: I started with mining, bought my first crypto in 2018 and have worked with exchanges from the inside since 2020.
Experience
- 2017 – first steps in crypto through mining.
- 2018 – first crypto purchase: XRP on the EXMO exchange.
- Since 2020 – worked at the PancakeSwap and P2PB2B.com exchanges and partnered with Binance, OKX and Bybit. I've been trading myself since then too: I started with spot, then studied futures, money management and risk management, using stop-losses and choosing leverage.
- Since 2023 – building trading bots and running short-, medium- and long-term strategies.
- Products and teaching – not just trading and investing: I launched products on DEX platforms, including gamification and NFT games, and taught beginners how to use exchanges.
- 2026 – graduated in Finance and Management from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
I've seen exchanges both as a user and from the inside, which is why this site pays so much attention to the fine print.
Education and courses
- Education – degree in Finance and Management, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (2026).
- Courses – completed “TradingView & ChatGPT: AI-Powered Trading Mastery” on Udemy, where I learned to write my own TradingView indicators in Pine Script with the help of AI. You can verify the certificate on Udemy.
A finance degree plus hands-on practice: I don't just read the indicators covered on this site – I can write them myself.

How we work on TradeGid
The guides are written and fact-checked by my team of like-minded people at TradeGid. We check fees, limits, Earn rates and bonus terms against the exchanges' official pages and show the check date. If a number can't be confirmed, it isn't on the site – there's a link to where you can see it. When an exchange changes its terms, we update the page and the date at the top.
What I don't do
- I don't sell trading signals or run "private chats".
- I don't manage anyone's money or accept transfers.
- I don't promise returns: trading and bots can lose money.
- I never message first and never ask for passwords, 2FA codes or seed phrases.
If someone contacts you in my name offering to "help you earn", it's a scam.
